Ariel’s 1st time in the pool--- unplanned
This was unplanned because we were not planned. PaPa decided to bring Jeriel to swim on last Monday 27Oct08 (Deepavali Day). Sam Yee Cheong and Sam Yee also joined them. Mummy wanted to stop back to cook dinner.
After PaPa and Jeriel left for gather, Ariel started to cry non stop and she was not hungry. Then when Mummy asked whether she wanted to go to the jackpot, she stopped crying and looked at Mummy seriously. Then Mummy remembered Mummy’s cousin Shie Gaik passed to us a mini, beautiful polka dot swimming suit for Ariel which stated for 3-6 months old. Mummy changed into swimming suit and carried Ariel to the lake. She was so excited seeing the pool that we decided, ok, let’s just let her dip into the league for a short while. PaPa changed Ariel into the cute suit. Sam Yee, as accustomed, was busy taking photos. PaPa took Ariel into the pot for just a few minutes then Sam Yee was at the side of the pool stand by with the towel to wrap Ariel up.
Ariel was gratified and she smiled when Mummy wanted to give her a bath. We needed to get a bathrobe like the one we got for Jeriel when he was a neonate. Jeriel 1st time in the pool was when he was about 5 + months old and we got him a hooded thick livery to keep him warm. He was still wearing that same robe till now.

Guinea Pig Gets Dragged
My persuade suit; it was my father’s regular swim suit from many years ago. The suit is very slacken and creates “drag” in the water.
I have started wearing a shuffle suit when I swim; a drag suit creates more resistance and helps me to recondition my endurance and speed. However, a drag suit is not meant to be worn in every workout; a swimmer can profit from training with extra resistance, but he may get tired quicker and amplify poor swimming habits. I currently train 4 to 5 times a week in the cartel, and I wear drag suit 2 times a week.
You may purchase a lag behind suit ( or training suit). However, if you have any old swim suit laying around, like the ones I have, you could shield the money and wear it outside of your regular swim suit.
Does anybody have renowned training tips for swimming?

Swimsuit Debate
During 2007 & 2008 Speedo released their LZR suit for Ecumenical teams and following the Olympic games the product has been released to the prevailing market.
Most sports have rules about equipment, swimming doesn’t. FINA (Ecumenical GB) have allowed the manufacturers to set the uniform rules and it changes the in one piece nature of our sport. Swimming is supposed to be a sport for all, a make a laughing-stock of that teaches hard work and attention to detail; not a sport where star can be bought by only a few who have the money to do it.
The suits actually WORK to originate poor swimmers better and good swimmers intimate. So all it takes is one or two parents with more money than sense, and values, and match is no longer fair. And our sport, at the very local level, is no longer about forte, hard work and attention to detail. Its about buying technology to give you what you are unwilling to labour hard enough for.
Coaches around the world are standing strong against the use of the LZR suit in age gang swimming and I ask that you support me on this. I do not want to coach kids to contrive they can buy success; it is not what I am in the sport to teach.
NO FANCY SUITS! Swim licentiously with hard work, attention to detail and guts, like its always been done, has always meant to be done and SHOULD be done.
