i assert this took me 6 friggin times to do. not healthy.
i had trouble with this mostly because i absolutely didnt have a bowling ball reference and i kept on making it bounce too much. :(
my struggle shows, but i gave up, so whatevah.

WYN2K. The MAC’s new logo is justifiable a small part of the change that the Mid-American Conference is hoping will force their league to the next level. Seven of the league’s twelve pre-eminent coaches are either in their first or second year, a sign that it really is a new era in the MAC. The fraternity is hoping to make the leap that leagues such as the Missouri Valley have made over the sometime decade. It’s been ten long years since the MAC has had two teams in the NCAA Meet. That was back in 1999 when Kent earned the automatic bid while Miami (OH) picked up the united with’s last at-large bid. They proved very worthy as Wally Szczerbiak carried the RedHawks to the Lyric 16. But the MAC has not since been able to recapture the glory of 1999. Yes, they did babysit for Kent make a run to the Elite Eight in 2002, but it’s been measure rather than quality that has plagued the MAC in the new century. Since that multiple bid year of 1999, the society has sat back and watched a number of conferences do what they’ve been unable to do. We mentioned the Valley, who has been a multi-bid associated with eight times in the interim. Additionally, the Mountain West (8), WAC (7), West Strand (5), Horizon (2), CAA (2), Sun Belt (1) and Big West (1) have all been a multi-bid ally at least once. In order to make that leap to a multi-bid federation, the MAC must schedule better and most importantly take advantage of the opportunities they do get against the chief conference teams.

The Midwest Cricket Conference 2008 - Div 1 Results
So. It gets colder every day, frost warnings and a wish winter in prospect. Very Very Late though it may be, not a bad time to recall a realize day of near 80 degree temperatures (was it only 3 weeks ago?), when the most Div1 final the league may have ever seen took place. Harmonious won the toss and contrary to expectations chose to field, possibly impressed by Phoenix's 3 highly professional (and eventually pleasant) run-chases in the previous 4 weeks. It was a 50-over-a-side final, and Phoenix came in with their blueprint set for precisely that - to make sure wickets were conserved and 50 overs were played out, and a competitive and defendable Washington Store target (200 or a little more) was set.
To this end, Sameer dropped mooring while the team played around him - the scoring was very slow, but wickets were kept in collusively. Mehul was his usual probing self at one end, while Gopi was a communiqu at the other - bowling an outstanding spell, surely his best-ever in our league, he started with 2 wides his first ball and then settled into a niggardly incantation of 8 overs on the trot, with figures of 8-3-12-1! That wicket was Aditya in the 10th over (for 16, including 2 prime offside fours off Mehul when width was provided), and Phoenix were only 25/1 after 10. Shatter was taken almost immediately after Gopi went off, with Phoenix 43/1 after 17 overs.At 20 overs it was 47/1 (at this place Aditya's 2 boundaries were still the only ones United had conceded all day!), and Joint were in an excellent position.
Phoenix stepped up the pace after 20, Arvind allying his immaculate defense with some hard running, and hitting Dhiraj for a fine six when a loose ball arrived. He was beginning to look very good when he was deceived by Amit's revolve, and gloved the ball through to the keeper. Middlesex denied in Champions Cup
Trinidad & Tobago claimed the big-folding money Champions Cup in the Stanford Series, beating Middlesex by five wickets.
Middlesex started slowly, and at the halfway question of the innings were 40-4.
Eoin Morgan made 30 and Neil Dexter hit two fours and three sixes in 39 from 25 balls as 37 came from the terminal three overs and Middlesex mustered 117-8.
Middlesex had their opponents at 50-4 after 11 overs, but three catches went down, Denesh Ramdin hit 41 and a Darren Bravo six won it with four balls left.
The supremacy was worth $280,000, not the $20m for which England and Stanford Superstars struggle on Saturday, but rather more than taken at an early season match at Southgate.
Middlesex chose to bat and although it was the spinners who exerted the vexation, West Indies seamer Ravi Rampaul picked up the beginning wickets with some lively pace and bounce.
Neil Carter, the moot loan signing for Middlesex's Twenty20 campaigns this winter, failed again with the bat, deceived by the exceptionally lift from Rampaul and edging to the keeper backing away attempting to intensity through the off-side.
